  • Q: Why does it take 2-3 weeks for you to ship my suit?
  • A: We are a boutique studio and do not hold massive inventory. We start to work on your suits as soon as we receive your order. Trust us - it will be worth the wait!

 

  • Q: I live outside the United States. Can I still order from you?
  • A: Why of-course you can! We ship worldwide!

 

  • Q: How can I track my order?
  • A: Once we ship your order, we will be in communication with you regarding the shipping details.

 

  • Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
  • A: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  • A: We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal.

 

  • Q: Would I be charged any shipping costs?
  • A. For US domestic order, No! We ship your items at no cost to you! For international orders, we charge a flat shipping fee based on the total $ amount of your order.

 

  • Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
  • A: All unworn and unused items can be returned with no strings attached. We will even pay for return domestic shipping for US customers! We will not be able to return or exchange any items that have been used.

 

  • Q: When will I receive my refund?
  • A: Once we receive the items from you and it meets our refund policy, we will process the refund within 48 hours. After that, it will be a matter of banking schedule.

 

  • Q: What size should I choose?
  • A: Please refer to our sizing guide to ascertain your size.

 

  • Q: How much taxes will I have to pay?
  • A: You will be charged taxes based on your shipping address.
